Lifespan Integration

Lifespan Integration therapy is a gentle method which works on a deep neural level to change patterned responses and outmoded defensive strategies. Developed in 2002 by psychotherapist, Peggy Pace, Lifespan Integration (LI) relies on the innate ability of the body-mind to heal itself.

Peggy Pace has said, “The LI Therapist is a facilitator in the client healing themselves.”

LI provides a connection between dysfunctional patterns and memories of past events from which these strategies originated. This happens through 1) opening neural pathways, 2) increasing emotional regulation, and 3) shifting perspectives and negative self-narratives.

After LI therapy, clients report feeling calmer, less reactive, more confident, and better able to be present in relationships and life in general.

Strengthen and deepen connection to self and others.
